TERMS: The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the Program presented by Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc., a California Corporation (“Company”). Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully. By visiting and using the Program Portal/Membership Site you agree that your use of our Site, participation in our Program, and use of Program materials is governed by the following terms and conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Breakout Star Academy (“Program”) is a self paced course which offers step-by-step guidance to help you attract a theatrical agent or manager.

Membership and Fees

The cost of membership is a one-time fee of $297.00.

Due to the immediate access granted from this digital course, we have a “No Refund” policy. No refunds will be granted at any time, or for any reason.

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, COMPANY may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

  • you become disruptive or difficult to work with;
  • you fail to follow the program guidelines; or,
  • you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).

1. Content:

  • Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice, tailored to any individual.   
  • All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all teaching manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements and the like that have been or will be made available Company or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for personal use in or in conjunction with this training program only.  
  • Program content is for personal use only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Company, or its designated agent. 
  • The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.
  • We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials. 
  • User names and passwords may not be shared with any third-parties. 
  • Any violation of Company’s policies regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this course.

RELEASE AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in the Breakout Star Academy, you hereby grant permission to Christine Horn and her company Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc. at www.christinehorn.com, www.hollywoodboundactors.com, www.agentattractionmethod.com and www.bookmoretv.com  the right of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts you voluntarily share without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording.

Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising

By purchasing  Breakout Star Academy, you understand this permission signifies that photographic, video, recordings, or audio recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the internet and may be distributed for promotional purposes on the internet by Christine Horn and Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc.

There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the  Breakout Star Academy Program hosted by Christine Horn and her parent company, Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc. 

You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing this course, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
