TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE FOR BOOK MORE TV

REFUND POLICY

To request a refund, email christinehornteam@gmail.com

If you purchase Book More TV and then feel like this isn’t the course for you, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us subject to the following conditions:

Refund: In accordance to California law AB 1319, the deadline to apply for a refund is 10 days after purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request via email by the tenth day after your purchase was made.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Requests received AFTER 10 days will NOT be honored.

Please do not enroll in Book More TV if you just want to “check it out.” I’ve put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this program, and I expect you to do the same.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this course.

RELEASE AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in the Book More TV program, you hereby grant permission to Christine Horn and her company Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc. at www.christinehorn.com, www.hollywoodboundactors.com , www.bookingmagnetacademy.com  and www.bookmoretv.com  the right of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts you voluntarily share inside the Book More TV Facebook group or Booking Magnet Academy Facebook group without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording.

Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising

By purchasing Book More TV, you understand this permission signifies that photographic, video, recordings, or audio recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the internet . You also understand that anything you post inside the Book More TV Facebook group or the Booking Magnet Academy Facebook Group may be distributed for promotional purposes on the internet by Christine Horn and Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc.

There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the Book More TV Program hosted by Christine Horn and her parent company, Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc. It also applies to any images or content you voluntarily share on the Book More TV Facebook group or the Booking Magnet Academy Facebook Group.

You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing this course, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
