TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing your spot in The Booking Magnet® Character Lab, you agree to the following terms:

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration reserves one of only 10 available spots in Character Lab. Once Class One begins, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for missed classes, failure to submit your self-tapes, or inability to complete the program.
If you need to cancel before Class One, please contact us at christinehornteam@gmail.com regarding your registration.

ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION

Character Lab consists of two live classes of approximately 2.5 hours each. Attendance at Class One is required, as this session provides the training and instruction needed to complete the Character Lab process. If you are unable to attend Class Two live, you are still required to submit your second self-tape. Christine will review your submission during Class Two, and you may watch your feedback on the recording afterward. Because this is an interactive coaching experience, participants attending live are expected to have their cameras on and actively participate.

SELF-TAPE SUBMISSIONS

Character Lab includes two self-tape submissions. Participants are responsible for completing and submitting their tapes according to the instructions and deadlines provided. Failure to submit a tape does not qualify the participant for a refund or credit.

CLASS RECORDINGS

Both Character Lab sessions will be recorded and made available to paid participants. Because this is a group coaching environment, your name, image, voice, self-tape, questions, and coaching may appear in the class recording provided to other participants. By participating in Character Lab, you acknowledge and agree to being recorded for this purpose.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Character Lab training, recordings, exercises, methods, worksheets, and materials are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, sold, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, or provided to anyone who did not purchase the program without written permission from Christine Horn/Chocolate Superstar Productions, Inc. This carries over the intellectual-property protection you already use in your existing terms.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Character Lab provides acting education, training, and coaching. Participation does not guarantee auditions, callbacks, representation, bookings, employment, or any specific career result. Your results will depend on many factors, including your individual skill, preparation, application of the training, and circumstances. Your existing Book More TV® terms contain a substantially more detailed version of this same no-guarantee provision.
